AOR00309 - Model of Wooden Eight (8+) Rowing Shell

This fine scale model of a wooden eight with cox (8+) shell is accurate to the smallest of details. With a mahoghany hull and blonde wood deck, it measures 39" long from stern to bowball. The spoon shape sweep oars (about 10" long) are carved from a sandwich of several colors of wood and then varnished. The stand holds all eight oars, plus two small wooden slings which hold the boat. This model has such classic beauty - it attracts attention wherever it is placed. Each model has a wooden shipping crate for protection while in transit, and for storage.
